Jacob's class had 'Great Americans' day at school the other week. Each of the kids chose a famous American and did a report about the individual and presented it to the class. Jacob came home and announced that he chose John Wayne! His other two choices were George Washington or Elvis. This was one of his favorite projects and he did a splendid job. We have now watched Hondo, Sons of Katie Elder and Rio Bravo for movie night. All we really needed was a little inspiration to come back to those classics.
