Last Tuesday marked the end of Spring Break and it was back to school.  Even though they weren't back to school with teachers and friends, they have adapted well to their new workstations. The 'teachers' at home are still trying to find their collective footing though.

Our good friends, the Harringtons, at Asterisk Design dropped this off about the time this whole Covid episode started.  In fact, they handed them out to a lot of families in the neighborhood!  Another great activity for the kids.

Covid #4 - Clue

All this time in the house has allowed us to find more time to play the board game 'Clue'.  We need to focus a little more on the actual rules of the game but we are getting there.

Some much needed time outside and very nice to be at Westover with almost no one else on the entire property.

Good to get out of the house once or twice a day and ride bicycles.  The northern side of the new Doss Elementary in this picture.  Sure don't encounter many cars these days.

Covid Update #1 - Auburn Tigers

It was fun while it lasted and that wasn't long.  The season is on hold (at best) or over all together.  You had a great coach, a bunch of good kids and this was the season that this league transitions to kids pitching.  You only got two games in but you hit well, batting 6 for 7 in those two games and you were moved up to second in the lineup after the first game.  Hopefully it is not over too soon but, if so, we will look forward to fall which feels like a long way off right now.

It was off to the Salt Lick down in Driftwood the other weekend with your Grandpa and Grandma Helmers in town.  Typical wait time even at 2:00 in the afternoon but well worth the wait!
