It was off to Canyon of the Eagles out at lake LBJ the other weekend. The night before Noah got Strep so it was Dad and Jacob that made the trip. There was plenty of hiking and it was quite odd to see all the wildflowers in mid-May.
There were plenty of smores, a new variety.....roasted marshmallows between Chips Ahoy cookies.
We had our own Astronomy lecture at the planetarium (the word Astrology was forbidden).
We woke to one of the final cool mornings until fall.
