A lot has changed in the last five years since this post:
Today we closed on the sale and this fourplex is no longer ours. We put in a tremendous amount of effort through the years, made a lot of improvements, worked through countless difficulties, met some people that helped teach us the business, and vascillated frequently about our future with this building.
We learned that there can be reward with risk, that hard work pays off, and there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, even when it appears the darkest. We learned that what on the surface appeared difficult was often very elementary with a little research and diligence. We could always be found here at the 'Turn' in early August and never had a vacancy which was a true blessing. We will continue on in this community and will still be there at the 'Turn' in coming years but it was with smiles on our faces that we turned over the keys at the title company today.
