Just before Christmas we headed off for Angel Fire, New Mexico.  We decided to take the Southern route in order to stop by Roswell.  Very stringent China Virus protocols but we did have a nice, small lunch.

The Mind of Jacob

 

With some time on his hands, Jacob designed and played putt-putt golf on this afternoon.  Made up of all his animal bones using a knot-hole in the decking as the cup.

We had not shot a deer in a few years but we finally took down one more.  After we got him moved, Jacob declared that he had seen enough killing for one trip but he was the first person back in the blind on the next trip!
