It was Field Day for Noah and the 5th graders last week at school.  Of course they had water games....

......they had Kona Ice.....

The late freeze every year took a toll on that Ash tree.  It hung on for a number of years but the Texas freeze in February 2021 did it in.

With the pool open the past couple weeks, we've had a few nice Sunday afternoons just taking it easy.

Mechanics

 

Guys....Remember, we all wear many hats.  One of those is that of a mechanic.  119K miles is a lot for a pair of struts but you helped me replace them and learned something in the process.  You can do more than you know but we will ensure you know as much as possible.

Evenings

 

A lot of tennis going on and we all enjoy it.  Noah and his mother are pretty evenly matched but that is changing and we can put together quite a doubles match.

Baseball Game

 

Since we were at the Quarries for Noah's last tennis match (W 4-2), we decided to make an evening of it.  With Mom off to a Board meeting at the building across campus, we got some pizza and enjoyed the varsity baseball game. A nice evening.

Amazing how simple science experiments can take the focus of two little minds off of everything else!
